FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical balloon evacuated by an external source and vacuum system for taking sample with needle. The vacuum system for taking sample has medical connecting tube and filter trap having removable polyethylene film having perforated holes of 1-2 mcm. The vacuum cylinder has valve and control button for providing controlled permanent rarefaction level in the vacuum system for taking sample. One balloon of 50 cm3 with 0.5kg/cm2 rarefaction degree enables one to carry out 5-6 suction biopsy operations. Vacuum is retained in balloon without leakage for more than 1 month long time.
