FIELD: oncology.

SUBSTANCE: procedure is performed under ultrasound control using a system with a 7.5 MHz linear transducer. Local anesthesia is used with 40–50 ml of a 1% solution of naropin. Using the EnCore Classic apparatus with 7 and 10 G needle probes with a cutting rotary mechanism, breast neoplasms are removed through a skin puncture. The neoplasm of the mammary gland is removed by vacuum into an external container. Hemostasis is carried out injecting monopolar electrode through the working channel of the biopsy needle. Next, vaporization is performed using a radio wave current with a frequency of more than 1.5 MHz in the "MIXTURE" mode and the radiation supply time 12 s, after ultrasound control, a pressure bandage is applied with an elastic bandage for 24–30 hours. In particular, the removal of the neoplasm is carried out within 20 minutes with further medical monitoring of the patient for 2 hours.

EFFECT: complete removal of a mammary gland formation up to 5 cm in size without anesthesia and through a small incision — a probe stroke with a diameter of 5 mm.
