FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves piercing needle with thread into the skin of the protruding wound mouth edge. The needle is brought through subcutaneous fat. The wound bottom is touched and the needle comes through subcutaneous fat and derma of the opposite edge. The needle is taken away through the same initial pierce hole.
