FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for precision suturing of surgical wound in surgical treatment of patients with various thyroid diseases. Wound closure is performed at 2.5–20-fold increase of joint to joint with injection atraumatic needle with thread not thicker than USP 6/0 at level of upper dermis – 0.3–0.5 mm from skin surface, depth of 0.3–0.5 mm, with pitch of 4 mm, with return by 1 mm each subsequent injection, using additional adaptive easy-detachable interrupted sutures with minimum tension.
EFFECT: method enables improving the cosmetic result.
