FIELD: equipment for grinding and mixing of different materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper, chamber with material feeding mechanism, deep cooling device, grinder, and discharge unit, heat-insulating housing embracing chamber in cooling zone, and material defrosting device embracing chamber in discharge zone. Material feeding device has two rotating shafts disposed in cooling zone and discharge zone, respectively, and equipped with blades. Grinder has two pairs, each including axially aligned rotating disk with cutting members and fixed grid. First pair is positioned at outlet end of cooling zone, and second pair is disposed at outlet end of discharge zone. Apparatus is used for grinding and mixing of materials containing plastic-viscous and polymeric components with different extent of crystallization.
