FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; applicable in transfer of liquid metal from one metallurgical vessel to the other. SUBSTANCE: plant has receiving and discharging ladles, exhaust hood, lined runner and limiter of runner motion. Exhaust hood is located above receiving ladle and has aperture on side of metal discharge. Lines runner is located in aperture of exhaust hood and under discharging ladle. Side surface of runner lining have two opposite longitudinal projections. Such design of runner provides for carrying away of all dust and gaseous liberations formed in transfer of metal from ladles into runner to under exhaust hood. Limiter of runner motion is made on runner and in operating position overlaps clearance between external surface of runner and contour of aperture of exhaust hood. Due to this, metal stream falling from runner into ladle is found under exhaust hood and position of runner with respect to receiving ladle is not changed, place of metal stream fall remains invariable.
