SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of 19-nor-pregnene of the general formula (I) where R_1,R_2,R_3,R₄ each means independently hydrogen atom or (C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R₅ is COR₇-group where R₇ means (C₁-C₆)-alkyl; R₆ means hydrogen atom; n = 0 or 1 and X is oxygen atom or hydroxyimino-group under condition that when n = 0 then at least two of R_1,R_2,R_3,R₄ distinct from hydrogen atom and when n = 1 then R₁ and R₄ are not hydrogen atom simultaneously. These compounds are excellent progestogens but without androgenic activity. Invention describes also pharmaceutical composition containing compounds of the formula (I).
