SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel 19,11-bridged over 4-estrenes of the general formula (I) where each R6a and R6b means hydrogen atom or in common mean methylene group; R7 means hydrogen atom; or R6a means hydrogen atom or fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atom or saturated at α- or β-position alkyl residue with direct or branched chain with amount of C-atoms up to 4; R6b and R7 each means hydrogen atom or in common mean additional bond; or R14, R15, R16 each means hydrogen atom; R14 means hydrogen atom at α--position; R15 and R16 in common mean additional bond or methylene bridge at β-position; or R16 in common with R17α mean methylene bridge at α-position and R17β means the group -C-R22; or R16 means hydrogen atom and R14 and R15 in common mean additional bond; R11, R11′ and R19 each means hydrogen atom; or R11 means hydrogen atom at α-position; and R11 and R19 in common mean additional bond; or R19 means hydrogen atom and R11 and R11′ in common mean additional bond; R17β/R17α mean -alkyl or -C-R22-False or R17β/R17α in common mean the formula (II) where x = 1; U = 0; R21 means hydrogen atom; R23 means C1-C4-alkyl group; R22 means C1-C3-alkyl group' A means hydrogen atom, cyano-group or -OR25 and R25 means hydrogen atom; B means hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl group, C2- or C3-alkyl group; D means hydrogen atom or hydroxy-group; E and G each means hydrogen atom or C1-C3-alkyl; N = 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; m = 0, 1 or 2; p = 0 or 1; k = 0, 1, 2 or 3; R16 means hydrogen atom or methyl-group.
