FIELD: construction engineering; sealing and blocking devices for windows, doors, and the like. SUBSTANCE: sealing and blocking device has fixed frame and relatively movable leaf provided with slats or similar members installed for displacement on rabbets of frame or leaf, or in depressions, or in slots of these rabbets. Slats are made for displacement by means of transversal pins passed through leaf surface. Pins enter slits inclined to longitudinal axis, mating slot, or similar member installed on leaf or frame. Slats are installed for driving through angle transmission in angular space of frame arms abutting against each other or leaf. They are mounted for displacement perpendicular to slot. Angle transmission has box fixed in frame or leaf. Box is built integral with insert. Insert fills up angular space of frame in open position of leaf. Length of slat corresponds to that of frame rabbet including length of inserts of both angle transmissions. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture; improved reliability of blocking and sealing. 7 cl, 9 dwg
