FIELD: building units, particularly door or window structures. SUBSTANCE: window or door has separate frame and leaf. Sealing chamber located between frame and leaf extends along the perimeter thereof and sealed by at least one sealing member. Frame and leaf are selectively blocked and de-blocked by movable drive unit having traction member, cross-bar and stationary cross-bar latches. Sealing member is secured to frame or to leaf and is snug against leaf and frame. Drive unit cooperates with means for sealing member movement from the first position in which sealing member is snug against frame and against leaf into the second position in which seal is lifted from frame or from leaf and cross-bars engage lathes. EFFECT: possibility of leaf arranging in venting position without window/door reliability reduction. 18 cl, 10 dwg
