SUBSTANCE: heat exchange unit for utilization furnace gases of cylindrical steam boiler contains chimney pipe (14) and heat exchange pipe (16) which is concentrically supported inside chimney pipe (14) with curved inlet pipe (19) passing through from bottom opening (20) in the periphery wall of chimney pipe (14) to inlet opening bottom of faced wall (22) of chimney pipe (16) and with outlet pipe, passing through from top outlet opening (24) in the top part of periphery wall of heat exchange pipe (16) to top opening in periphery wall of chimney pipe (14). In let pipe (19) has horizontal straight end (19A) and upward directed straight end (19B) as well as intermediate curvilinear part (19C). Curve angle (?) of curvilinear part exceeds 90?. End (19B) has an incline, defined with curve angle (?) to flexural centre of bottom periphery wall of heat exchange pipe, which is partially spherical.
