FIELD: cryogenic engineering; cryogenic refrigerating machines working on reverse Stirling cycle. SUBSTANCE: during operation of technological unit, gaseous oxygen (with admixture of nitrogen) and liquid nitrogen are obtained from air sucked from atmosphere. Liquid nitrogen is drained by gravity into heat-insulated reservoir wherefrom it enters heat exchanger where it is gasified due to heat exchange with cooling liquid of cooling loop and then it is admitted to consumer in gaseous state. Gaseous oxygen is discharged from technological unit to consumer passing through heat exchanger of cooling loop. Cooling loop is provided for removed of thermal load from cryogenic machine located in technological unit. Cooling liquid of this loop is cooled down in succession in heat exchangers due to heat exchange with surrounding medium, due to heat exchange with gaseous oxygen and then it is cooled to temperature which is considerably below surrounding temperature due to heat exchanger with liquid nitrogen. EFFECT: increased refrigerating coefficient of cryogenic machine; enhanced efficiency of plant as a whole. 1 dwg
