FIELD: structures used under ice conditions. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes load-bearing structure with skin. Inclined and/or horizontal manifolds are laid on the outside or inside skin below level of water; these manifolds are communicated with compressor. Manifolds are laid in one or in parallel planes with outlet holes. Capacity of compressor provides for ensuring the following ratio at each point of discharge-and-head characteristics, where dP, MPa is change in pressure of compressed air after compressor; dG, kg/s is change in compressor output. Ratio of thickness of manifold wall δwall to diameter "d" of outlet hole in wall of manifold is within Outlet holes in cross section of manifold are located within sector limited by the following angle α = (110±10)° deg. Orifices in manifolds are calibrated. EFFECT: reduced power requirements; enhanced reliability; extended functional capabilities; enhanced ice passability of ships; improved properties of piers, floating platform and other structures. 3 cl, 6 dwg
