Abstract RU 2038257 C1

FIELD: water transport. SUBSTANCE: ice ship has hull and collectors connected with air supply source and arranged on outer surfaces of sides of the ship's hull. Provided inside fore extremity of ship's hull is passage whose one end is connected with hole in ship's bottom and other end is connected with hole in fore portion of hull above waterline; additional collector connected with air supply source is located over perimeter of passage above hole in ship's bottom. Collector for ice ship is made in form of box-shaped bow-grace secured on ship's hull; bow-grace is triangular in cross section and is provided with holes in lower wall which is located horizontally; distance between edge of hole and outer edge of wall is less than diameter of hole. Besides that, tangent of angle of inclination of side of box-shaped bow-grace relative to ship's hull does not exceed coefficient of friction of steel and ice. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
