FIELD: load lifting facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed manipulators has base with mounting brackets and extensible supports, slewing column with fitted-on boom installed for turning around vertical axle, stick with load- gripping hook, boom and stick control hydraulic drives, and slewing column turning mechanism with column control hydraulic drives. Base is furnished with fixed support and is made in form of hollow cylinder with lower beams orientated in radial planes and installed orthogonally to cylinder axis in which above-indicated extensible supports are installed. Lower beam span angle is less than 180 deg. Slewing column is made in form of hollow rod. Turning mechanism is provided with double-arm lever mechanically coupled with turning mechanism control hydraulic drives. Double-arm lever is freely fitted on slewing column vertical axle. Hydraulic cylinder of indicated, hydraulic drives are orientated in different directions and are connected by their rods with brackets, one of which is secured on base, and the other, on slewing column.
