FIELD: cargo lifting equipment, mainly in agricultural machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator includes flat base with brackets of suspended unit and telescopic supports; supporting-rotary column carrying jointly mounted in it: boom, handle and cargo gripping hook; additional hydraulic cylinders of mechanism for rotating supporting-rotary column in the form L-shaped beam. Lower cut of flat base is provided with normally arranged additional beam whose distal end is directed to side of brackets of hinged unit. Remote ends of horizontal girder and of additional beam are kinematically coupled through mechanism for rotating column. Said mechanism includes two-arm lever whose axis is coincided with vertical rotation axis of column. Additional hydraulic cylinders of said mechanism are directed in different sides and joined with mechanism by their rods. Cargo gripping hook is kinematically coupled with end of handle through powdered hydraulic cylinder and rope. Upper and lower ends of rope are fixed by means of locking members with formation of loops. Lower loop of rope embraces block jointly mounted in axle over traverse bar of cargo gripping hook in H-shaped bracket. Upper loop of rope embraces base and rod of powered hydraulic cylinder and it is locked on end of its rod. Each locking member of ends of rope is in the form of outer and inner discs joined by their threaded portions and having central openings. Inner end surface of inner disc and joined with it inner end surface of outer disc are formed by rotation of sine branches whose abscissa is inclined relative to symmetry axis of discs. In diametrical plane of inner disc in its peripheral surface grooves are formed, depth and width of said grooves are equal to diameter of rope. Axial threaded opening of inner disc is joined with end of rod of powered hydraulic cylinder. In parallel to axial opening pair of openings for special mounting wrench are provided. In outer end surface of outer disc lug in the form of polygon is provided according to span size of socket wrench. Bow-shaped portion of upper loop of rope is arranged on base of powdered hydraulic cylinder with use of guide and support.
EFFECT: improved quality of loading-unloading works.
