FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel 1-phenyl-2-dimethylaminomethyl-cyclohexane-1-ol compounds of the general formula (I) 
where X means O or S atom; R1 means H or hydroxy- or mercapto-protecting group that means benzyl, dialkylarylsilyl or trialkylsilyl, C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C5-C7-cycloalkyl or halogenated C1-C6-alkyl; the group 
means 
or -O-
; R2 means C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C5-C7-cycloalkylmethyl, free or substituted phenyl or free or substituted benzyl as their bases or salts of physiologically acceptable acids. Compounds show analgetic activity. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and drug based on thereof used for treatment of patients with violent pains and without adverse effect that are specific for opioids.
