SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel compounds: dimethyl-(3-arylbut-3- -enyl)-amino-compounds of the formula (I) where R¹ is C₁-C₅-alkyl and R² means H either C₁-C₅-alkyl or R¹ and R² both in common mean -(CH₂)_2-4-, -(CH₂)₂-CHR⁷ or -CH₂-CHR⁷-CH₂-; R³ means H or C₁-C₅-alkyl; R⁴ means H, OH, C₁-C₄-alkyl, -O-C₁-C₄-alkyl, OR⁸, CF₃; R⁵ means H, OH, C₁-C₄-alkyl, -O-C₁-C₄-alkyl, CHF₂, CF₃, OR⁸ and R⁶ means H, OH, C₁-C₄-alkyl, -O-C₁-C₄-alkyl, under condition that two of radicals R⁴, R⁵ or R⁶ are H; or R⁴ and R⁵ both in common mean -CH=C-(R⁹)-S- under condition that R⁶ is H; or R⁵ and R⁶ both in common mean -CH=CH-C-(OR¹⁰)= =CH- under condition that R⁴ is H; R⁷ means C₁-C₈-alkyl; R⁸ means CO-C₆H₄-R¹¹; R⁹ means H or C₁-C₄-alkyl; R¹⁰ means H; R¹¹ means OC(O)-C₁-C₃-alkyl in ortho-position as their bases and/or salts of physiologically acceptable acids, as enantiomers or racemates under condition that racemate of compound of the formula (I) is an exception where R¹ and R² both in common mean -(CH₂)₃-; R³, R⁴ and R³ mean H and R⁵ means OCH₃.
