FIELD: tire and industrial rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture has the following components, mas. p. p.: unsaturated or combination of unsaturated rubbers, 100; sulfur, 1.5-3.0; accelerating agent of sulfenamide type, 0.7-2.2; zinc oxide, 2.5-5.0; saturated acids, 1.0-4.0; aromatic softening agent, 10-28; N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenylene- -diamine, 0.5-3.0; 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline oligomer, 0.5-2.0; phthalic anhydride, 0.3-1.0; protective wax YAV-1, 1-4; and technical carbon, 50-70. Technical carbon is produced from products of natural gas combustion in mixture with air and petroleum and coal-tar chemical industry raw in reactor fitted with multinozzle chamber mixing (4 nozzles, not less) with diameter 150 ± 30 mm and screening surface that transfers radiative energy to reaction mixture effectively. Rubber mixture is prepared in rubber mixer, treated in aggregate with 3 rolls or granulator. Total mixing cycle time is 150 s, unloading temperature is 105 ± 5 C.
