WELL REAGENT PROPORTIONER Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in treatment of oil inside wells. SUBSTANCE: well reagent proportioner has a cylinder connected with sealed container filled with reagent, and with pump filter. Container is filled with reagent and formed air cushion. The cylinder has gas collector opened from bottom and rod movable along axis and plugs attached to rod ends. Plugs have guide tongues and beads. Tongues ensure axial motion of plugs. Beads restrict motion of plugs and tightly shutoff the cylinder. Distance between plugs is shorter than cylinder length by such a value that in case of seating of one plug, cylinder is opened from other side, and when plugs are in middle position, cylinder is closed from both sides. EFFECT: provision of continuous operation of device under preset conditions with required value of portions and economical consumption of reagent in wells. 1 dwg
