FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to grouting of technical string overlapping zones of absorption of grouting mortar. Proposed packer includes tubular shaft with radial holes, sealing members with lower and upper supports located in shaft beneath radial holes, hydraulic cylinder attached to upper support, bushing sealed in hydraulic cylinder above radial holes of shaft and split ring with internal cut for fixing on shaft attached to hydraulic cylinder. Ring is put on upper support. Self-sealing collar whose outer diameter exceeds diameter of well is mounted on shaft above bushing.
