FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method deals with underground mining of thick and medium thick flat and inclined ore deposits including those with poorly defined contacts, characterizing by medium rigidity of ores and enclosing rocks with substandard content of useful components. Method is realized by field preparation of block with fringe trench bottom in deposit lying wall, working of chambers by boreholes with delivery of ore to trench by blasting and delivery of broken ore to district ore chute. After working of chamber, trench and worked out chamber are filled with substandard ore of lying and hanging walls, from driving of mine workings and induced caving of roof. Then substandard ore is subjected to prolonged leaching with chemically active leaching solution. Due to claimed method, deposit reserves are fully extracted with ore losses in pillars, no displacement of rocks of hanging wall due to full filling of gobs with substandard ore from driving of fringe workings and roof rocks. Cost of fill material is minimal due to absence of binding agents in fill, and useful components are recovered from fill presented by substandard ore. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
