It is also provided with acceleration unit; rotor is assembled of at least two disks intercoupled over periphery by means of acceleration unit; stator is mounted on shaft between two disks; permanent magnets of magnetic system are installed so that interpole gaps are formed; coils and core constitute active assemblies to form rings placed in interpole gaps of magnetic system.
