Piston has a rod, two tapered endpieces and seal made in the form of bushing manufactured from flexible material. Piston carries stopping device with automatic fixation. Construction of piston makes it possible to eliminate clearance between cylinder and piston during piston operation, to force out full volume of pumped-over production including gas due to piston property of reaction to dynamic pressure and to use it in operation with liquid and gas separately within wide temperature range.
