FIELD: electrical and mechanical engineering; permanent-magnet machines including liquid-filled ones and submersible motors. SUBSTANCE: rotor is distinguished by specific set of coolant-carrying ducts and banding design. Rotor has permanent magnets with non-magnetic gaps in-between filled with electricity-conducting material which is enclosed on both ends by means of nonmagnetic electricity-conducting short-circuiting rings. Coolant ducts are provided on shaft under nonmagnetic electricity-conducting material and/or under permanent magnets.
