FIELD: organic chemistry, pesticides. SUBSTANCE: invention describes liquid pesticide agent as an emulsion oil-in-water containing active substance taken among the group including phosphoric acid esters and carbamates, at least one phosphorylated arylpolyglycol block-polymer as surface-active substance and water. Agent has compound of the general formula (I) as phosphorylated arylpolyglycol block-polymer where R1 means 1-phenylethyl; R 2 means hydroxyl or residue A in formula (I); M means triethanolammonium ion and components are taken in the following ratio, wt. %: active substance taken among the group including phosphoric acid esters and carbamates, 0.5-54; compound of the formula (I), 0.1-10 and water, the balance.
