FIELD: herbicides. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a liquid herbicide agent based on diclofop-methyl or phenoxaprop-ethyl or its optical isomers and containing an anionic or nonanionic surface-active substance and usual accessory additions. If an agent has emulsifiable concentrate it has hydroxyethylated C₁₃-saturated alcohol (6-8 EO) or its mixture with hydroxyethylated oleoyl alcohol and hydroxyethylated nonylphenol as a nonionogenic surface-active substance, hydroxyethylated C₈-C₉-alkylphenol, 2.0-24.0%, and hydroxyethylated castor oil, 3.0-6.5 wt. -%. Emulsion concentrate has block-copolymer of ethylene- and propylene oxides dephosphorylated at positions α- and ω- as an anionic surface-active substance, and hydroxyethylated isotridecanol, 6 EO; 7.5-15 wt.-%; and hydroxyethylated castor oil or epoxydized soybean oil, 2.0-4.0 wt.-% as a nonionogenic surface-active substance.
