FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating a penetrating canal in perpendicular to femur neck and cutaneocartilaginous allograft axis. Allogenic tendon is brought through the canal. The tendon is fixed by winding it around the distal part of allocap and femur neck stump. The allocap is attached to bone bed. EFFECT: prevented allocap dislocation; reduced risk of postoperative traumatic complications.
