SUBSTANCE: upper-lateral pole of head is resected in the form of wedge directed with its base upwards and outwards, and supratrochanteric osteotomy of hip is performed. This done, medialization with removal of distal fragment till it thrusts upon pelvis is effected. Corticotomy is carried out on boundary of upper and middle third of hip on which level distal fragment is turned up to normalization of biomechanical axis of limb. To this end, perosseous compression-distraction osteosynthesis is performed by means of Ilizarov's apparatus. EFFECT: increased volume of motions, elimination of limb shortening. 5 dwg, 1 exps
