GRAINY MATERIAL CLEANING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: flour-milling and feed-mill industry, agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pneumatic separating channel whose lower part is communicated with air supplying channel within which is fixed air flow rate regulator. Upper part of air supplying channel is communicated via cross-flow fan with settling chamber which is communicated with upper part of pneumatic separating channel. Apparatus is further provided with charging window, grainy mixture discharge branch pipe positioned in lower part of pneumatic separating channel, light fraction discharge device disposed in lower part of settling chamber, discharge channel provided with baffle-type grid positioned in its upper part and communicated with pneumatic separating channel. Small rotary cylindrical screen is positioned in large rotary cylindrical screen which is mounted in discharge channel. Small rotary screen has feeding chamber and discharge device. Unloading device is positioned under large rotary screen. Exit part of discharge channel is communicated with grainy mixture discharge branch pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of cleaned grainy material. 1 dwg
