FIELD: agricultural engineering, flour and elevator and animal feed production industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for cleaning grain mixes by air flow. Proposed grain cleaning machine has intake part consisting of feeder with guide chute and cylinder sieve arranged under feeder to separate large-size admixtures. Machine is furnished with closed pneumatic system with cross-flow fan, air feed channel and settling chamber. Tail part of cylinder sieve for separating large-size admixtures communicates with settling chamber. Said chamber communicates through air feed channel with cross-flow fan. Suction of cross-flow fan communicates with cylinder sieve located under feeder guide chute through additional settling chamber. Suction port of cross-flow fan communicates also with intake part through port formed in zone of mating of intake part wall and curvilinear wall of suction port of cross-flow fan.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning grain material owing to fraction separation, reduced specific energy capacity of pneumatic separator and improved sanitation conditions for attending personnel.
