FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle has frame with fitted-on handlebar with steering fork, front and rear wheels, chain, pair of pedals cranks, pedal-and-crank sprocket mounted on crank axle and consisting of plate carrying driving sprockets with teeth. Driving sprockets are secured at both sides from center of plate rotation. Pedal-and-crank sprocket is coupled with driven sprocket. Plate is provided with sliders on which driving sprockets are secured each slider has two points of locking, minimum.
