FIELD: road vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle has frame with fitted-on handlebar, front and driving rear wheels and pair of drive levers, each provided with pad for foot and hinge-mounted by its front end at one side of frame. Flexible tie-rod provided whose ends are connected to drive levers. Tie-rod is wound on overrunning clutches, pair of which is installed on drive axle, and on idler roller fitted on frame so that axis of its rotation is arranged in parallel with axis of rotation of overrunning clutches. Overrunning clutches are mounted in bushing provided with cutouts for flexible tie-rods. EFFECT: improved convenience in operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
