FIELD: rod-type locks. SUBSTANCE: rod-type lock for cabinet door hinged to body of distribution cabinet has blocking mechanism with actuating member moved in direction of rotation and connected with block of longitudinal motion. The latter has control member located in direction of motion with interval relative to rotation axis of actuating member. Control member is driven by actuating member. Control member is engageable with actuating member in various mounting positions. In this case, in changed mounting positions, directions of motion of block of longitudinal motion is preserved, but direction of turn of actuating member changes, or direction of motion of block of longitudinal motion changes but direction of rotation of actuating member is preserved.
