FRAME CARCASS FOR DISTRIBUTING CASE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: frame carcass has vertical frame profiles 20 and floor and ceiling frames 10 made in the form of stamped bent parts manufactured from sheet steel blank. Floor and ceiling frames 10 have bottom 11 for attachment of vertical frame profiles 20. Bottom 11 is provided with reinforcing bent edge 12,16 and nozzles 15 fixed on frames 10. Each nozzle 15 has at least one threaded opening 16. Threaded openings 16 are axially aligned with openings 22 for receiving fastening screws on vertical frame profiles 20. Bottom 11 of frames 10 is oriented inside distributing case and reinforcing bent edge 12,12 is oriented away from internal space of case. Vertical frame profiles 10 are seated with openings 22 in their ends onto nozzles 15 of frames 10. Frame carcass is readily assembled and disassembled. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 2 dwg
