FIELD: fittings engineering. SUBSTANCE: regulating device is designed to regulate flows of working medium when it is transported through pipeline. Regulating device has a body, seat and cut-off member secured on rod with stuffing box seal and flywheel in its upper part. Seat is manufactured as a bushing with flow section narrowing towards center from both sides. The body is made in the form of bend with extended cylindrical section and provided with branch pipe-cylinder positioned coaxially with cylindrical section. Branch pipe-cylinder accommodates piston which is secured on rod. Piston forms above-piston cavity along with stuffing-box seal. Seat is mounted in extended cylindrical section of the body. Cut-off member is shaped as two tapered figures coupled to each other and facing each other with their bases. Operating surface is positioned on cut-off member narrowing section facing the rod. Its narrowing section located from opposite side of rod is coupled to centering member. Spaces arranged above piston and under cut-off member are coupled to each other.
