FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic damper includes working cylinder with sealing bottom insert, compensating valve device installed in cavity of bottom insert and separating under-piston and compensating cavities. Inside the working cylinder there is a rod with a piston having a cavity with bypass valve device. In the piston the above-valve cavity is made, which is connected by channels to the above-derrick cavity of the working cylinder. Compensating valve device includes cylindrical bushing with through hole. Bushing is equipped inside the support with a seat in the form of an annular collar for the valve with the squeezing spring. Valve is equipped with central conical guide. Bypass valve device includes cylindrical bush with support in the middle with two seats for two valves. Valves are provided with central conical guide. Spring is arranged between valves. Valves are installed coaxially from opposite sides of the support. Valves are made in the form of discs with the possibility of movement inside the bushings, and each disc is equipped with 6–10 holes, at angle of 20–60° to landing seats plane.
EFFECT: locking rod displacement speed of 2–6 mm/s is achieved at external oppositely directed actions with force of 18–1,000 kN.
