FIELD: nondestructive testing of materials and articles. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to devices of X-ray and isotope flaw inspection of objects located in spaces difficult of access. X-ray-optical endoscope has two optical systems of visual and X-ray information channels optically coupled and structurally integrated and housed in single case. Proposed endoscope makes it possible to form, transmit and reproduce simultaneously or in sequence X-ray and visual images of object with the aid of one black-and-white TV system. Generated images are completely entered in raster of CCD matrix of TV system with use of polycollimator optical system with telecentric ray path between elements. TV system can be built on base of color CCD matrix and color monitor which enables objects to be monitored over visual channel in natural colors or by spectrum-zonal method, for instance, for spectral contrast of flaws of type of collars or deposits. EFFECT: expanded technical capabilities of endoscope and provision for maximum capacity of X-ray and optical images of objects. 1 cl, 1 dwg
