FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has facial part, in- and exhalation valves, gas exchange unit, flexible respiratory sack, respiratory flexible in- and exhalation pipes. The gas exchange unit is a module having track membranes with partition members building alternating flow canals crossing at an angle of 90 deg to each other in two directions for atmospheric and internal air. Blowers are mounted at outlet for creating air flow in the flow canals with the same pressure on both sides of the track membranes. The partition members form canals of constant width and height all over the whole length. Track membrane pore sizes are selected to be smaller than dangerous dust particle sizes and microorganisms. EFFECT: increased respiration volume; lower resistance to in- and exhalation; small size of device. 1 dwg
