Abstract RU 2168355 C1

FIELD: chemical equipment, particularly, internal devices of reactors for conduction of processes in gas liquid media; applicable, for instance, in synthesis of carbamide from ammonia and carbon dioxide at elevated temperatures and pressures. SUBSTANCE: reactor has body, pipe unions for admission of reagents and pipe union for withdrawal of synthesis products. Reactor packing includes perforated partitions and tubular contact devices secured with their upper ends to supporting grind 13. Control device consists of vertical tubular members circular in cross-section-lowering member 10 and hoisting member 11 which are connected with each other in lower part by U- shaped tubular member 12 (from tubes with diameter similar to that of tubes of members 10 and 11). Axes of lowering 10 and hoisting member 11 are located at distance equaling or exceeding two diameters of tube, preferably, from 2 to 6 tube diameters. Ration between height of contact device and tube diameter is within 40-150. Lowering member 10 has holes 14, 15 for admission of gas and liquid, and hoisting member 11 has hole 17 on supporting grid for discharge of gas-liquid mixture. Upper end of lowering member 10 has plug 16 locate inside lowering member. Connected to supporting grid 13 from below is short shell ensuring creation of air cushion under grid due to which gas phase is uniformly distributed between contact devices and reactor cross-section.
