Abstract RU 2195364 C1

FIELD: chemical equipment designed for conduction of process in gas-liquid media, particularly, reactor internal devices. SUBSTANCE: reactor packing includes perforated partitions and contact devices plugged from below and secured with their upper ends to horizontal supporting grate. Contact device consists of vertical lowering and lifting members. Lowering members are plugged from atop and with inlet holes for liquid and gas on side surface of their upper part. Lifting members have holes on supporting grate for outlet of gas-liquid mixture. Contact devices have form of linear units formed by equal number of lowering and lifting members. Members are formed by vertical plate secured to supporting grate and corrugated walls tightly connected to grate. Corrugations are vertically located and their tops are symmetrical to vertical plate whose lower part is provided with perforations communicating lowering and lifting members. which are alternating in each linear unit. Corrugations may be sinusoidal, trapezoidal, zigzag, etc with ratio of corrugation height to their spacing within 1/2 and 1/5. Ratio of contact device height to corrugation height shall be equal to 10-150. Technical result of invention consists in simplification of manufacture and assembly of packing due to use as workpieces of perforated partitions and contact devices only in the form of flat and corrugated sheets of metal rolled stock.
