SUBSTANCE: machine has tool holder assembly mounted on cradle, workpiece assembly, tuning link, composite gear assembly, and test run chain, hydraulic step-type engines positioned within test run chain and adapted for rotational driving of cradle with cutter carrying heads and for rotational driving of workpiece, and hydraulic pulse generators positioned in tuning links of step-type engines and adapted for providing transmission ratio in test run chain corresponding to pulse frequency ratio related to design number of working slots in rotating slide bushings of hydraulic pulse generators. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased precision due to reduced length of kinematic chain by eliminating mechanical links from it and reduced metal usage. 1 dwg
