FIELD: machine tool manufacture, namely, machine tools for working cylindrical gear wheels. SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes unit of blank, tool unit, tuning device and hydraulic step drives in circuits for rolling around and circular feed; hydraulic impulse generators arranged in tuning devices of said drive for providing transmission ratio of said circuits corresponding to designed number of working slits in rotary slide spools of above mentioned generators. In order to increase dimension stability of gear shaper at simultaneously enhancing its efficiency due to elimination of interference at back stroke of gear shaper, machine tool is provided with additional hydraulic circuit for transmitting motions of rolling around and circular feed to rammer of gear shaper through summing mechanism in the form of differential with cone gear wheels.
