FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has fuselage with pilot and cargo passenger compartments, vertical stabilizer, rudder and horizontal stabilizer mounted in tail section. Cruise engine and landing gear are arranged inside fuselage. Fuselage has rectangular section changing to streamlined aerodynamic shapes at the front and at the rear. Rectangular lower platform of fuselage has blind passages opening downward. These passage are inclined towards tail section. Bottom of each passage is parallel relative to longitudinal axis of fuselage. Two horizontal stabilizers are additionally mounted at the front of fuselage. All horizontal stabilizers are provided with flaps and ailerons arranged in succession one after another. Flaps are connected with hydraulic mechanisms of drive and ailerons are connected with aircraft control panel by means of hydromechanical drive. EFFECT: increased lift force; improved controllability of aircraft in flight. 14 dwg
