FIELD: shipbuilding; building hydrofoil vessels. SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic vessel has hull with driver's and passenger compartments and engine arranged inside it. This engine is connected with variable-pitch propellers through main and side reduction gears; variable-pitch propellers are located in rings. Vessel is provided with rudder and control mechanisms. Two plate wings are mounted on struts one above other at some distance from each other. Each wing is made form of rectangular plate of constant profile pointed at front. Upper surface of plate is provided with longitudinal forming horizontal wavy passages; width of each passage is equal to radius of circle forming curvature of passage wave. Upper plate wing is made integral with two front and two rear horizontal stabilizers. Each stabilizer is provided with two ailerons; four ailerons are kinematically linked with hull control mechanism in longitudinal direction and four other ailerons are kinematically linked with hull control mechanism in transversal direction.
