FIELD: high-frequency AC drive with induction motors. SUBSTANCE: two groups of half-windings are positioned in the magnetic core slots of the stator of the three-phase induction motor. The half-windings of each phase of both groups are placed in the same slots. The half-windings of one group are connected across the diagonally opposite pairs of junctions of controlled full-wave rectifier bridges connected to the phase voltage of the power source. The half-windings of the second group have a number of turns by times more than the number of turns in the half-windings of the first group and connected across the diagonally opposite pairs of junctions of controlled full-wave rectifier bridges connected to the line voltage of the power source. The polarity of connection to the power source voltage of the half-windings of the first group is opposite to the polarity of connection to the power source voltage of the half-windings of the second group. The half-windings of each phase of the stator are connected via the controlled full-wave rectifier bridges to the power source in such a way that the voltages applied to the input of the controlled rectifier bridges for each half- winding of the stator phase have a phase shift by 90 electrical degrees, and the angle of actuation of controlled rectifiers exceeds π/2. EFFECT: improved mechanical and operating characteristics. 3 dwg
