FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device that may be used as voltage buffer amplifier or component of differential stage has first through sixth transistors 1-6, first and second current supplies 7, 8. Collector-base equivalent resistance of transistors 1,2 is greatly enlarged due to action of follow-up coupling through transistors 5,6 whose emitter-collector circuit is inserted between collectors of respective transistors 1, 2 and power buses. Bases of transistors 5 and 6 are connected to emitters of transistors 2 and 1, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced input resistance. 3 dwg
