HEAT-RESISTANT ANTISTATIC AGENTS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2169160 C2

FIELD: antistatic materials. SUBSTANCE: antistatic composition contains polymer material and antistatic agent containing trineoalkoxyaminozirconate and trineoalkoxysulfonylzirconate having general formulas I and II: (RR1R2C-CH2-O)3ZrA (I) and (RR1R2C-CH2-O)3ZrB (II), in which R, R1, and R2 each denotes alkyl, alkenyl, alkenyl, arylalkyl, aryl, or alkylaryl group with up to 20 carbon atoms or their halogen- or ether-substituted derivatives; A is either oxyalkylamino of formula -(-O-R4-N(R5)-(R6)), or oxyarylamino group of formula -(-OArN(R5)(R6)); and B is arylsulfonyl group of formula (ArS(O)2O-)- or alkylsulfonyl group of formula (R-S(O)2O-); in which groups R, R1 and R2 each contains up to 3 substituents selected from ether oxygen or halogen, provided that total number of carbon atoms in each such R group does not exceed 20 including carbon atoms contained in substituents; R4 is alkylene group optionally containing in chain oxygen and nitrogen atoms; each of R5 and R6 is hydrogen or hydrocarbyl group as defined above for R, R1 and R2; Ar is aryl or alkylaryl group with 6 to approximately 20 carbon atoms and optionally with up to 3 ether oxygen substituents and also substituted derivatives of that group, in which substituents are in total up to 3 halogen atoms and amino groups with general formula NR8R9,, wherein each of R8 and R9 is hydrogen atom, C1-C12-alkyl, C2-C8-alkenyl, C3-C12-cycloalkyl, or C6-C12-aryl; trineoalkoxyaminozirconate and trineoalkoxysulfonylzirconate being taken at weight ratio from 0.2:1 to 1.8:1. Antistatic composition of invention enables preparation of film essentially free of decoloration both in initial state and upon aging. EFFECT: stabilized optical characteristics. 14 cl, 18 tbl, 12 ex
