FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is polymer composition with antistatic finishing comprising thermoplastic, structurally cross-linked elastomeric or thermoreactive polymer, antistatic agent containing inorganic salts, and filler. Composition comprises per 100 wt parts of said polymer (a) 0.01-70 wt % of polar filler, adsorbing inorganic or organic material in the form of fibers which are granular or fibrous natural organic materials contacting with each other onto which absorptionally bonded is (b) polar antistatic agent consisting of mixture comprising, ((b1)) 0.01-20 wt parts per 10 wt parts of polyoxyalkylene polymer of formula I: wherein R1, is H, C1-C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkylene, C1-C24 alkyl C(O)C2-C24 alkylene C(O), or ; R2 is C1-C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, CH2COOH or N(C1-C8-alkil)3Ha] or if r=O, R2 is or ; R3 is H or CH3. Hal is Cl, Br or J, n is integer of equal or grater than 2, p is integer of 1 to 6, and q and r independently are 0 or 1; and in which (b2) 0.01-0.5 wt parts of inorganic salt per 100 wt parts of said polymer, consisting of is solvated or forms complex in polyoxyalkylene of formula I, ratio of component ((b1) to inorganic salt ((b2) being from 200:1 to 1:1.
