FIELD: securing pipes on walls or ceilings. SUBSTANCE: clip is provided with two swivel interconnected fastening clamps fitted with clamping flanges projecting outside; these flanges are preset towards each other by means of clamping bolt. Inner sides of clamps are provided with flexible rubber gasket having C-shaped side edges embracing the fastening clamps. Second clamping flange is provided with threaded member in which clamping bolt is screwed; it is mounted for turn to second fastening clamp; threaded member has bent projections adjoining C-shaped side edges of flexible rubber gasket. C-shaped side edges form springing members pressing the clamping bolt when clip is closed. EFFECT: simplified construction of clip. 8 cl, 3 dwg
